RAVENOL LGC Concentrate Protect C13 is an environmentally friendly coolant for cooling circuits in internal combustion engines based on 1.2-ethanediol (monoethylene glycol) and an addition of 20% glycerine that guarantees maintenance-free corrosion and frost protection. The product is based on a proven inhibitor development through a combination of glycerine and silicates with the organic additive technology OAT formulated as long-term radiator protection.
Decisive for the quality of an engine coolant is no longer just the antifreeze effect (which is automatically present in a product based on ethylene glycol), but the rust protection effect.
That is why the automobile manufacturers subject the radiator protection agents to lengthy corrosion and cavitation tests.
RAVENOL LGC Concentrate Protect C13 protects the cooling system from corrosion, frost and in summer from overheating.
Application note
RAVENOL LGC Concentrate Protect C13 with anti- freeze and rust protection for year-round use in all-aluminum engines. Use according to the mixing table. Observe manufacturer’s instructions.
Instructions for use: Clean the cooling system, check for leaks, rinse.
Mix RAVENOL LGC Concentrate Protect C13 with fresh water (according to the mixing table ) and pour in. Let the engine and heater warm up, fill up the shortfall with the antifreeze.
Mixing table:
Frost protection up to approx. Shares of frost protection shares of water
– 12 ° C 25% 75%
– 20 ° C 35% 65%
– 37 ° C 50% 50%
